The Deise Package
Our top wedding package is one of the reasons we are one of the top wedding venues in Waterford. A glass of Prosecco on arrival for all guests as well as homemade Canapes, ensuring your wedding day gets off to the perfect start. With starter & main course choices ranging from fresh Helvic Crab to Chateaubriand- Roast Fillet and Lemon Sole your meal will be one of the highlights of your special day.
For an evening reception there is also the option of a Hog Roast Pig* from a spit in a Waterford Blaa with Homemade Chutneys & Jams.
The Comeragh Package
Arrival at the Park Hotel will entail a red carpet greeting from our designated wedding team. Upon arrival there will be prosecco for each guest as well as the choice of a seasonal fruit punch/ mulled wine.
Starters & Main course options range from baked Clonakilty Black Pudding & roasted apple topped with Crunchy Bacon Bits to an exquisite roasted leg of lamb or fillet of Seabass. All ingredients sourced locally these are sure to have all guests talking about the fantastic meal at your wedding.
For an evening reception there is also the option of a pulled pork Baps, Chicken Tenders and teas/ coffee.
The Colligan Pacakge
The essential wedding package, just with extra bits. Be greeted by our wedding team upon arrival with seasonal Fruit Punch/ Mulled Wine as well as ice-cream, teas & coffees for all guests.
Once the bell is rang guests will have the option of a variety of meals from Garlic Infused Crispy Bruschetta to Sirloin of Beef or fillet of Salmon.
The evening reception should you choose to have it includes breaded Chicken tenders, teas & coffees.
