In Room Facilities

The cleaning of our bedrooms and suites and the sanitisation of our beds meet the highest possible hygiene standards.

Our Self-Catering Holiday Homes all have sanitising stations and your arrival pack will include facemasks along with hand wipes and cleaning materials. Pre arrival your Holiday Home will go through a thorough and comprehensive cleaning and sanitising program. A take out menu has been designed for our Holiday Home residents with a safe delivery method implemented.

To enhance our guest confidence during their stay, our selection of room amenities now includes a hand sanitising station, face masks are available upon request.

A thorough and comprehensive cleaning and sanitising program is in place for all guest bedrooms and bathrooms in preparation for your arrival with specific extra attention being given to all touch points throughout.

All additional collateral, furnishings and non-essential items will be removed from our bedrooms so we can focus on the highest levels of cleanliness.

Linens will be handled with extreme care to prevent raising dust and potential contamination. Used linen will be washed at a minimum of 70°C for at least 25 mins to kill potential bacteria.

Newspapers, magazines and collateral will be removed from guestrooms.

Guest Information and the General Manager welcome letter will be emailed to all guests before arrival

Rooms disinfected daily with EPA approved products and will have blacklight inspection by room attendants.

TV’s remote and bedroom’s phone will be wrapped and changed at every check out.

To ensure safety of all guest and employees we have implemented a “Do Not Enter” policy, housekeeping will only service your room on the third day of your stay.  Should you need any items replenished, please place the “Replenish my room” card on your door.
